Justin Bieber's dramatic perfume launch in NYC caught on tape (VIDEOS)

Justin Bieber's personal security team was cited for disorderly conduct after the taped scuffle was recorded with an undercover cop in New York City today.
TMZ reported that Bieber was signing autographs outside of Macy's when a plainclothes police officer rushed to help the singer.
The crowd misinterpreted the rush and quickly turned on the man, and Bieber also did not know who he was and fought the officer off.
The man quickly identified himself and the misunderstanding was reportedly straightened out, and Bieber resumed his perfume peddling in Macy's.
