After a disastrous start to her European summer tour, singer Amy Winehouse has canceled the remainder of her 12-city run, the singer's representative said Tuesday.
"Everyone involved wishes to do everything they can to help her return to her best and she will be given as long as it takes for this to happen," representative Chris Goodman released in a press statement.
This past weekend, Winehouse bombed in Belgrade, Serbia, as she stumbled about and was incoherent, ultimately being booed off the stage.
Videos recorded by audience members showed Winehouse at her worst, and were quickly posted online.
Winehouse on Sunday canceled appearances in Istanbul and Athens. The decision to cancel the remainder of the tour was announced Tuesday.
The British singer has struggled with drink and drug issues for years.
