Selena Gomez right as rain, low blood iron blamed for illness

This morning on Good Day LA, Selena Gómez was interviewed and told reporters it was her blood iron levels that caused two hospitalizations, but that she was fine now and able to do a mall concert for her fans.
Selena was hospitalized two times after a severe headache and nausea hit her after the The Tonight Show appearance.
"I was low on iron" Selena told Good Day LA reporters this morning.
Selena also expressed her nervousness over how she would be received in a "romcom" - having graduated from teen movies. Selena performed her latest song "Who Says" in Santa Monica.
Gómez, 18, says, “It’s a little scary to be honest, [I'm] going in from doing teen films and stepping into the romcom movie world."
