Will Kim Kardashian's career, one that befuddles esteemed actress Edie Falco, suffer as a result of marrying and taking the last name of her basketballer husband?
Will Kim become a prime Real Housewives of Beverly Hills candidate, or will people care about the doings of a domesticated Kim Humprhies?
Currently there is a flurry of phone sex accusations from Bret Lockett, met head-on with Kardashian team legal letters, while mother Kris is busy dotting the "i's and crossing the "t's" on an iron-clad pre-nup.
But, Kim Kardashian is not on everyone's mind.
“Who the hell is Kim Kardashian?” Edie Falco said to New York Magazine’s Vulture blog - posted on Tuesday. “Who are these people and why are they famous and why are they advertising things and being asked their opinions about things? I just don’t understand what these people did to be in a position of having everyone ask their opinions about stuff.
“If there’s something about her personality or something that she’s accomplished or her philosophy on something — but beyond that I don’t understand what’s happening,” she added. “It’s actually frightening.”
Nurse Jackie (Falco's character on Showtime) may not be a fan, but are the aging tabloid queens like Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton finally running out of cache with their core audiences?
As for Lockett, he is not backing down from claims Kim and he shared sexting messages, photos and phone sex, as he told to CNN's Showbiz Tonight.
Kim denies knowing who Lockett is and promised legal action.
"I've said before that it was a physical relationship," Lockett, a New England Patriots safety, said. "But when I mean 'physical' I say that meaning there was a physical aspect in the relationship, meaning that, I don't really want to get into the details..."
Allegedly a freind of Kim's, Lauren London, was the supplier of Kim's number to Lockett.
Showbiz Tonight host A.J. Hammer asks Lockett if he will retract: "I do not plan on apologizing or retracting anything," Lockett said, shaking his head slightly. "What I've said is the complete honest truth. You can't fault somebody for telling the truth. That's just plain and simple."
"At the end of the day," he continued, "I don't understand how you can take somebody to court and sue somebody for telling the truth, because once we all go to court, we are all under oath."
