Estella Warren's Thursday not shaping up so good, scheduled for arraignment

"Planet of the Apes" actress Estella Warren faces four misdemeanor charges for her alleged crashing into parked cars, escape attempt, and intoxicated assault and battery that led to her May 23 DUI arrest in Los Angeles.
The former model, 32, was charged Thursday with DUI, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer and resisting a police officer.
Warren is scheduled for arraignment on June 17 for the four misdemeanors. She could face six months in jail.
Warren was convicted of a DUI back in 2007.
