Josh Brolin's noodling a 'Goonies' sequel.
It's been 25 years since cult classic "The Goonies" was released -- and the film's original star, Josh Brolin, is finally giving an answer to the question: Will there be a sequel?
"People keep asking me over and over about a sequel," Brolin told "Extra" at the “Jonah Hex” junket. "I saw Steven Spielberg [the film's producer] on the street about a month and a half ago, and I asked the reality. I hear there is a script, yes, but there's no talk about doing a 'Goonies' sequel at this very moment. And that's the first time I've been truthful about that answer... ever. Exclusive!"
The original 1985 film starred Brolin, Sean Astin, Corey Feldman and Martha Plimpton and was directed by Richard Donner..
For more with Josh Brolin tune-in to ‘Extra’ on Tuesday.
