Lindsay Lohan parties with parent

Lindsay Lohan partied with her mother until 2.30am today (04.05.10).

The 'Mean Girls' actress' "pale and bloated" appearance caused concerns amongst onlookers at Los Angeles' Chateau Marmont as she and Dina Lohan drank until the early hours of the morning, hours after flying in from New York ahead of a court hearing later today.

A source told X17Online.com: "Lindsay didn't look good. Her face is so puffy and she seemed exhausted. And everyone around is just looking at Dina like, 'Why the hell are you partying with your daughter?' Doesn't she see what she's doing and how weird and wrong it is?"

Lindsay is due in court in relation to a 2007 incident where she was allegedly involved in an alcohol-fuelled car chase.

The 24-year-old star - who missed two previous hearings relating to the case - allegedly jumped into a car containing three male passengers and drove at high speed down the Pacific Coast Highway.

Despite all the problems in her life, Lindsay - who was dropped from upcoming movie 'The Other Side' in the last few days - is adamant things are going well for her.

She said recently: "I'm in a really good place."

The former child star has not appeared in a hit film since she had a bit part in 'Bobby' in 2006. Her last movie, 2007's 'I Know Who Killed Me', flopped.
