Lady Gaga 'never complains'

Lady Gaga "never complains" during her workouts - no matter how gruelling they are.

The 'Telephone' singer embarked on a special fitness regime last year, after deciding she wanted the "best abs, legs and arms ever", and her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak said no matter how hard he works her she takes it in stride.

Harley told Intouchweekly.com: "Like most stars she doesn't have a ton of time, so when she is with me she stays focused and never complains no matter how hard I push her.

"She has always been active, but about a year ago, she decided she wanted to have the best abs, legs and arms ever - so she stepped up her workouts."

He added that he thinks his workouts - which consist of a special routine of 30 minutes four to five times a week - have helped raise 24-year-old Gaga's personal confidence, so she feels able to wear her trademark outrageous outfits.

He added: "Now she is super confident about her body and comfortable wearing everything and anything."

Meanwhile Lady Gaga confirmed she will be a guest performer on US TV talent show 'American Idol' on May 5 , tweeting: "See you on 'American Idol'. May 5th, Little Monsters."
