Mischa Barton selling house

Mischa Barton has put her Hollywood home up for sale.
The former 'O.C.' star has decided to move away from Beverly Hills and has put her $8.4 million Tuscan-style mansion on the market.
The property, which is located in a private area just minutes away from the Sunset Strip and the shops of Rodeo Drive, boasts six bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a "gracefully ascending" staircase and a media room.
According to the listing for the 7,600 sq ft property - which also has a terrace, an expansive yard, a swimming pool and even a spa - new homeowners can "live the life about which most people can only dream".
It was recently reported Mischa is being sued by M.R.A. Realties for failing to pay the $7,000-a-month rent on her New York apartment for three months.
Mischa signed the one-year lease last September so she had somewhere to live while she filmed TV series 'The Beautiful Life', but the programme was cancelled after just two shows.
