Reese Witherspoon's new man

Reese Witherspoon has been on "at least 10 dates" with Hollywood agent Jim Toth.

The Oscar-winning actress - who split from long-term boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal last year - and the handsome talent spotter are said to be keen on each other but want to take their relationship slowly.

A source said: "They've been on at least 10 dates. They've been to each other's houses and out to dinner together. Jim is trying to keep it quiet, but he and Reese are together, he's told friends."

Although Jim is yet to meet Reese's children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe - Ava, ten, and six-year-old Deacon - insiders insist the romance is getting serious.

The source added to Life and Style magazine: "They've been acting like a couple, they've even double-dated. You don't go out with another couple unless you're dating. They spend several nights a week together."

Friends say Jim is ready to settle down but is not placing any pressure on Reese as he knows she's recently come out of a serious relationship.

One said: "He's reassessed his life. He suffered a loss last year -the death of his father - and Jim feels it's time to settle down. He's definitely grown up from his younger days as a cocky agent."

The couple were seen looking very smitten with each other as they left a restaurant recently.
