A disheartened and tired looking Britney Spears Fame Pictures, Inc - Santa Monica, CA, USA The Enquirer writes: "Britney Spears 'completely broke down' in the car on the way home from her Jan. 22 court date after realizing she may never get out from under her father Jamie's conservatorship."The story claims that sources close to the pop star observed her melt down once she was out of sight from paparazzi cameras inside her home."Her bodyguards had to physically restrain her from hitting Jamie. It was a terrible scene. Britney was totally out of control," the Enquirer source claimed.According to the report, the judge heard from both sides on Britney's financial arrangements, and decided Jamie Spears was to remain in charge.Even more shocking was the Enquirer source claiming Britney threatened to leave the country with her children over the issue.Source
