Helen Mirren to be Tarantino's Queen

Dame Helen Mirren is being lined up to play a foul-mouthed monarch.
The 'State of Play' actress has been approached by Quentin Tarantino to play an aggressive medieval queen in his upcoming movie - which is expected to be filled with expletives, "bloody violence" and will be set in England's Middle Ages.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "It will feature his trademarks - bloody violence and foul language. Helen has never worked with Tarantino and is interested. If the film goes into production it's likely she will play a part."
The 64-year-old actress won an Oscar for her portrayal of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II in 2006 movie 'The Queen'.
Helen previously admitted she would love to don a crown again for a sequel, because portraying the long-serving monarch was one of her most satisfying roles.
She said: "'The Queen' was such an individual, idiosyncratic film. It was one of a kind. You can't repeat that. People have asked, 'Is there going to be a sequel?' Yes, let's do the golden jubilee. That would be interesting."
In 2005, Helen played a queen again when she starred in 'Elizabeth I', a British TV mini-series which looked at the second half of the royal's 45-year-long reign over the UK and Commonwealth.
