Gary Coleman's naked midget film causes his collapse (Video)

A weird naked Midget film has surfaced and apparently is the root of Gary Coleman's collapse and hospitalization.

The film shows Gary in a bathrobe trying to break up two naked little men fighting inside a shower.  Apparently Gary's "wedding tackle" spills out of his bathrobe and is caught on film for posterity.

According to E! Coleman had arrived in Los Angeles to negotiate with producers of his upcoming movie "Midgets vs. Mascots" to keep the exposed penis footage from airing, and he wound up being hospitalized.

From the film's website:
"In this Borat-meets-Jackass shockumentary, five little people and five mascots battle for one million dollars through 30 ridiculous competitions, including how many insults it takes to get punched in a bar, who can drink a gallon of milk the fastest and who can wrestle a live alligator. Gary Coleman, leading the "Littles" as himself, is a comedic freight train (or train wreck) as he gets into actual fist fights with mascots, coaches and even NBA star Scottie Pippen. Look forward to tear-inducing laughter when drunken and belligerent mascots take on a competitive and determined group of little people."

Coleman was allegedly distressed when he learned the footage will be going public.

"With regards to Gary Coleman's displeasure with a scene in the film in which he briefly shows full frontal nudity,” the producers said in a prepared statement, “the producers of the film have multiple contracts -- signed by Gary -- which give the filmmakers full rights and permissions to shoot any and all footage, including nudity, during the making of the film. Therefore, we have no plans to remove that particular scene from the film. We met with Gary this morning and he is aware of our decision."
