Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko a couple?

Hayden Panettiere spent New Year's Day (01.01.10) with boxing champion Wladimir Klitschko.
The 'Heroes' actress, who stands at just five feet, was spotted hanging out with the 6ft 6in man-mountain in Miami, after attending Lady Gaga's New Year's Eve (31.12.09) party at the city's Fontainebleau hotel resort.
An onlooker told 'Access Hollywood': "They appeared very cosy as they hung out, and she appeared to dote over him. When they both stood up, you couldn't help but notice how tiny and fragile she looked next to his rippling torso."
Ukrainian-born Wladimir, 33, presently holds the IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight boxing titles.
The pair have been seen together before when they were photographed in February 2009 on the red carpet at a fundraiser in Los Angeles.
In March 2008 they were spotted heading to a party together, shortly after Hayden split from her 'Heroes' co-star Milo Ventimiglia.
