Lindsay Lohan has developed a reputation for allegedly swiping things that are not hers, and now word is she doesn't like to pay for drinks, either. 11/12/2009 - Lindsay Lohan - as they say in Australia: 'She's Not Shouting" - bar stiff allegations © Chris Hatcher / PR PhotosPeople magazine reported that Lohan, who has been arrested several times for DUI and has attempted rehab, was at the Crown Bar in Los Angeles Nov. 6, and refused to pay her bar tab, whining: "I never pay for drinks."The People source claimed Lohan "caused quite a scene" when asked to settle up."Lindsay stormed into the kitchen and grabbed two bottles of really expensive champagne. She finished both bottles with a friend. When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown," says the People source. "She was yelling at him and screaming profanities at everyone. The bar insisted she pay, so she had to call a friend with her credit-card information."The source added, "She was crying and wanted to go home. She kept saying 'I don't pay for drinks! This is ridiculous! I'm freaking out!' "
