Taylor Lautner is an item with Taylor Swift, and he tells "Extra" that it's kind of funny dating somebody with the same name.

"It gets confusing definitely," Lautner, 17, told Mario Lopez at the "New Moon" (out Nov. 20) junket Friday. "And it's weird calling somebody your name."

Lautner's character, werewolf Jacob, has a nude scene in the fourth book, "Breaking Dawn."

Would Lautner drop his trousers?

"I don't think the fans or the studio would be open to it, so I don't even really need to think about it," says Lautner, adding that although the movie hasn't been officially announced, he's "just waiting to hear."

On Saturday, Swift, 19, blew a kiss to Lautner during her opening monologue. She also lampooned ex-beau Joe Jonas and Kanye West.

In an interview that aired last week on CMT Radio, Swift said she thinks Lautner is "an amazing guy."

"We're really close... and ah.... yep... and we're in a movie together and I am really excited about seeing it," she continued.

Their romantic comedy, "Valentine's Day," hits theaters in February.
