Sandra Bullock and her husband, Jesse James are in a legal row over James' 5-year-old daughter with his ex wife and porn star, 40-year-old Janine Lindemulder, who has just served six months in prison for tax evasion.

Lindemulder is currently in a halfway house and can apply for custody of her child at the beginning of next year but Bullock’s husband, reality TV star Jesse James, has already taken action to keep this from happening.
“Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if (the girl) will be safe with (Lindemulder),” James said in a statement to the court. “She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.
James, a former motorcycle mechanic who hosts "Monster’s Garage," has also appeared in "Celebrity Apprentice." Bullock and James have had custody of the girl and wish to remain the custodial parents.
Lindemulder focused her adult film career primarily in lesbian porn and is the star of over 100 titles including Dyke Diner. She now claims on her Twitter page she will be apprenticing in "slinging ink."

Lindemulder reportedly still owes $318,000 in back taxes.
