"Transformers" star Megan Fox will be the next underwear model for Emporio Armani Underwear, according to E! Online.

Beckham himself has also been replaced with soccer superstar from Portugal, Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the most watched and highly paid soccer stars in the world.  Ronaldo has been involved in numerous sex scandals in England involving hookers, both in Manchester at his home and during away games in Rome.

Fox's first ads will appear in January.  She recently appeared in the Diablo Cody film, "Jennifer's Body."
