David Hasselhoff was taken to hospital in London for alcohol-related problems.
According to the Sun's report, the Hoff allegedly hit a doctor attending to him at his hotel.
The newspaper alleged that Hasselhoff, just off "America's Got Talent," 57, had been "drinking for days at his London hotel."
The hotel staff was terrorized as the belligerent actor socked Dr Paul Ettlinger.
Hoff was a guest at the luxury property, St Martins Lane Hotel.
The Sun reports the Hoff was subsequently taken to the Capio Nightingale Hospital for two days to dry out before his release.
The paper alleged that the Hoff, a guest at pal Simon Cowell's 50th birthday party, started his out-of-control drinking there, and was later escorted from Cowell's star-studded party.
The Sun claims the Hoff also urinated in his hotel bed.
A source from the hotel told their reporters: "On this occasion he became so drunk he wet his hotel bed - ruining two mattresses - and was becoming a real pain for staff."
