Jaime Pressly marries entertainment lawyer Simran Singh

One of the stars of the hit smallscreen series, "My Name is Earl," Jaime Pressly, has married a prominent entertainment attorney.

At Dick Clark's seaside estate in Malibu this past Saturday, Pressly wed Singh in front of family and friends, as reported by People magazine.

The couple announced their engagement in July.

"I'd like to be with somebody who isn't afraid to take care of me – whether they have the same financial means as me or not," Pressly told Redbook in March.

Pressly is a comedic genius who shined in the film, "I Love You, Man."

Pressly's new man Simran Singh is an entertainment attorney and music business executive who began his career at Universal Music, where he spent four years structuring agreements for the U.S. based Latin music division of Universal Music Group, according to his biography.

Singh left Universal to become the Chief Operating Officer for Mas Flow Inc., an urban record label/production company in the Latin industry.  With Mas Flow, he scored various Grammy, Latin Grammy and Latin Billboard Awards, and six Billboard chart-topping hits including the reggaeton anthem, “Gasolina” by Daddy Yankee. Mr. Singh recently negotiated and executed on behalf of Luny Tunes and Mas Flow, a long-term joint venture agreement with Universal Music.

Singh's numerous clients include Luny Tunes (platinum producers for Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Wisin & Yandel), Infamous (platinum producer for Lil Wayne, Jay Z, Juelz Santana, Fat Joe), AB Quintanilla III (platinum producer for Selena, The Kumbia Kings and Kumbia All Starz); as well as several radio personalities.

Last November Pressly, 32, ended her relationship with her fiancé Eric Cubiche, the father of her son.
