Basically at 4pm on Fridays we'd all have Bellinis. Alcohol can smooth everyone out. I'm not promoting drinking to young people though!"The rapper admits his first days working as a music industry executive as opposed to just being a pop star was strange for both him and his staff.He explained: "It was strange having a 9-5 job. The first day I had to be in the office was mind-boggling. I didn't really know what they expected from me. I was the first one in the office. People would see me and be like, 'Hey, erm, how you doing?' I don't think they got their heads round me being the boss, not the artist."
