Lohan allegedly called police to help get back her BlackBerry, which she forgot on the counter of Mott Corner Deli after reportedly "tossing a $5 bill at the worker" for a cup of ice.

When he spotted Ms. Lohan entering a cab and stopped her, not recognizing who she was, to enquire if the phone was hers, she reportedly answered "yes."
"If this is your phone, then have one of your friends call it," he reportedly said.
The accompanying friends of Lohan struck out at dialing the number correctly.
"Lohan started cursing at me. She then made a grab for her phone," Hashan said..
"She said, 'Don't you know who I am?' " he said. "I told her no. I didn't care who she was."
The police intervened after looking at cached photos and information on the phone, returning it to Ms. Lohan.
