The 24-year-old star was so distraught she had to use a towel to dry her eyes, however, she was quick to insist it wasn't the crowd who were upsetting her.She said: "I feel a bit emotional tonight and if I cry it's not because of you but because of me."It seems Lily's tears were caused by a nasty fall she endured the night before (15.08.09), which meant she had to have a painkilling injection.She wrote on her Twitter blog: "'Fell over badly and I've really f**ked my back up. Just had an injection in my bum. How am I going to get through the gig?"
