That level-one order would fully protect her."The order in effect now is a stay-away order preventing them from coming within 50 yards of each other."But Rihanna's position from the beginning is that there was no need for that level of protective order."Chris' scheduled formal sentencing hearing on Wednesday (05.08.09) was postponed until August 27 after the judge ruled she was not satisfied with the terms of his community labour order.
