Ortega / PR PhotosIt found the Detroit native once again in yet another domestic abuse scuffle, and the actor was arrested.Temple University graduate Sizemore was busted at 10:45 p.m. yesterday when an argument with a female companion got physical, according to TMZ and FOX news.The 47-year-old actor, who was outstanding in "Saving Private Ryan" and "Black Hawk Down," was tossed in the clinker with a $20,000 bail slapped on him.Sizemore was part of Dr. Drew Pinsky's work in progress, smallscreen series "Sober House," which is filming right now.Sizemore told RadarOnline.com about his experience on Sober House, VH1's reality series about celebs overcoming addiction, hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky, is "really good now.""I needed to go too, I slipped a little bit," he told Radaronline.But just 70 days since his last arrest, Sizemore faces these new charges.The actor was convicted in 2003 for abusing Hollywood Madam, Heidi Fleiss.
