"My Name is Earl" star Jaime Pressly and entertainment lawyer Simran Singh are engaged.
People magazine reported the couple celebrated Jaime's 32nd birthday at the San Diego's Hard Rock Hotel on Thursday.
"Jaime was showing off a huge diamond engagement ring on her left hand," says a guest to People. "Girlfriends were coming up to her and they were all congratulating her on the engagement."
Last year Pressly ended her previous engagement to Eric Calvo, the father of their 2-year-old old son Dezi James.
