Bye bye Bernard Madoff,The race to publish the first book on convicted mega-swindler Bernard Madoff intensified Tuesday, as three publishers moved up their dates for new releases, the Wall Street Journal reported. EPA/JUSTIN LANEThree titles published by Portfolio, Harper and John Wiley are set to appear on August 11 and 12. All three were originally planned for September and October. Madoff, 71, was sentenced to 150 years in prison in June for his 65-billion-dollar pyramid 'Ponzi' scheme, in which thousands of people lost their investments.
