Omer not Jacko's secret son, just pals who shared a bed

Omer Bhatti is not Michael Jackson's secret son.

The story gets creepier:

The 25-year-old Norwegian dancer - who lived with the late popstar at his Neverland ranch for eight years - has reportedly denied all rumours he was Michael's biological child and says the pair were just "best friends".

According to Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper, he told a pal: "Michael is not my father. He and I were very, very close. He was my best friend."

The performer joined the late 'Thriller' singer's family and three children - Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11 and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, who is known as 'Blanket' - at the front row of the memorial concert held at the Los Angeles Staples Center on July 7, fuelling speculation he is related to the pop icon.

Michael - who died of a suspected cardiac arrest last month - is believed to have told friends in 2004 he was Omer's biological father after having a one night stand with his mother, Pia, in 1984.

But the dancer reportedly claims this is untrue.

He added to a friend: "Michael always used to say I was like a son to him. But my true parents are here in Norway. The reason why I was asked to sit with his family at the memorial service is because I was Michael's closest friend, not because I am his son.

"Michael was such a special person to me and I cannot believe he is gone. I am in total shock. I have lost weight because I cannot eat anything. All I can think about is Michael and how he died."

Meanwhile, Omer's friend Ricky Harlow, 25, has claimed their was such a "bond" between the dancer and the 'king of pop', they used to share a bed.

He said: "I never got the vibe anything inappropriate was going on. Omer would sleep over at Michael's. They would hang out and watch movies and all that kind of stuff. His parents and his sister stayed on a cottage in a different part of the ranch.

"Omer sleeping in Michael's bed would not have been a big deal. It would have been innocent. There was a real bond between Omer and Michael."

Michael first met Omer in 1996 in Tunisia whilst on a family holiday with his mother and his stepfather Riz.

In 1997 the family moved onto Michael's luxury estate, where Pia is believed to have worked as a nanny and Riz a driver.
