Bono's President Bush hug snub regrets

In a BBC interview, Bono told a tale on President George W. Bush, avoiding a hug back in 2006 and instead ducking out and shaking his hand instead. No one is sure why Bono, eager to avoid that embrace, is now sharing this story.The moment went unnoticed for years. However, then-Senator Obama, in attendance at this event, reportedly whispered in Bono's ear: "Nice work with the hug dodge." During the interview with the BBC, Bono admitted President Bush did great good for the people of Africa. Still, from the BBC interview, it was apparent the only person in on the snub was Obama. CNN quickly pointed out President Obama got his own taste of being snubbed in public by the Russians, over and again.
