Seriously, Jamie's just tired of fighting with his daughter. That is all this amounts to. He knows she isn't better and has fought the treatment the whole way. As he has given her more freedom, she has slowly gone back to her dysfunctional ways. Once he steps out of the picture, she will return to parties and drugs.
