He was an extremely talented individual with a very trouble life, but why is it necessary to make fun of mental problems? His legacy of music will live on for generations to enjoy, and his videos were incredible! Would we all be as lucky to have this talent, and may we not be as unlucky to have to endure the mental anguish.

.. bi-polar disorder is a mental problem. Jackson did not have a mental problem, other than being totally wigged out by a life of his own making. Where do these fans come from, who are happy to play the apologist?

So Michael didn't have a mental problem? And how did you manage to get an inside to his personal life, oh person who seems to think they have all the answers!

Michael Jackson's Live-In Doctor Conrad Murray charged with Involuntary Manslaughter?

Doctor Conrad Murray the live in Cardiac Physician who prescribed medication to the Pop Star should have known better to administer any type of drugs to someone who could suffer a cardiac arrest due to stress, eating habits and other aliments.

Charges need to be filed against Conrad Murray for irresponsible professional behavior that led to the eventual death of Michael Jackson.

This case once filed and if a conviction is granted by either a grand jury or judge, will send a clear message to celebrities shopping for drug doctors to think twice. And a message will be clear to drug dealer doctors to celebrities to think twice before administering medications for money..

Conrad Murray knew that Michael Jackson was deceased when he contacted 911. CPR on a bed? Come on Murray...you were scared because you knew you messed up. Now the world will know that Dr. Conrad Murray was negligent in his practice of medicine that led to the eventual death of a great entertainer to the world.

This case will also serve to help convict the doctors and those involved with the death of Anna N Smith.

The case against Dr. Conrad Murray will be the legal precedence case for all others and hopefully scare away all doctor drug dealers from the Celebs.

If not, they will face lengthy fines and prison terms for their crimes once found, and convicted.

A law needs to be written and passed in congress outlawing this type of behavior and practice by doctors who prey on the weakness of celebs and others that have drug problems who should be getting professional help. These drug doctors wish for the money and popularity they receive for being the drug dealers to the STARS!!

When Doctor Conrad Murray is convicted and sent to prison for 20 years, it will send a clear message to all others to be careful about giving bad advice and prescribing medicine that prolongs the sickness to anyone, including celebs. Doctors are supposed to heal the sick, right?

Hopefully Michael Jackson's death will not be entirely in vain. The new Michael Jackson Law about the rules that doctors should follow prescribing medicine should deter and hopefully seek out and convict those that are greedy and just do not care.

Michael, You are missed but will not be forgotten!

Finally, a BLACK person saying Michael Jackson didn't want to be black - thank you, Quincy Jones!I've had Vitaligo for 15 years and this skin problem doesn't 'spread' all over your body at the same time - you get patches on your hands, your face, your legs, maybe your face - NOT your ENTIRE body! Additionally, he removed all his Negro features by plastic surgery - hello, people - this person didn't want to be black! Then he BUYS three WHITE kids and says they're his - BS - all those kids would have his genes if they were his - no way they would be all white. Black people don't seem to accept this. If I were black, I would be insulted that one of our own denied his own race. So he could sing and dance - ok - he's not the first and won't be the last. He never grew up - Sammy Davis Jr began performing when he was a little boy and he didn't grow up blaming his parents for his 'lost' childhood. He was a wonderful entertainer. MJ was narcistic and self-centered. People need to stop comparing him to Frank Sinatra and Elvis - they were MEN who sang beautiful, romantic songs and were SEXY. MJ had no sex appeal and it's obvious he only liked little boys. He screamed out all his songs. People that aren't familiar with Sinatra and Elvis need to watch some of their movies - there are plenty and they're all good. They don't scream into the microphone - they really sing! God rest MJ's soul and may he be at peace but people - don't make him out to be something he wasn't...

I am an African American female and I am not offended by Michael Jackson's behavior. However, I am saddened by your inability to see past his actions and look into the reason why a person would allegdegly change their skin color and as you put it 'negro' features. His actions are indicative of a person who was afflicted by social, emotional and psychological issues. Yes, Sammy Davis Jr. travelved similar paths in relation to starting out early in the entertainment business but his inner resolve and the way he viewed and was perceived by the world was totally different than Michael Jacksons. Additionally, what Michael experienced in terms of child rearing is/was totally different than that of Sammy Davis Jr. Yes Sammy is well known but it is unfair to compare his life to Michael Jacksons.

As far as the comment about him liking little boys that's another ridicuolous bad wagon opinion. Michael Jackson clearly had mental health issues as a result of a turbulent childhood and life as an entertainer. These and other variables plaqued his life and prevented normal childhood development. The result of which was the Michael Jackson that we see today. You and all the others who believe and promote such ridiculous beliefs about Michael should ask yourselves what would drive a man to do or become the things that you allege.

Are you for real? Lots of people have problems or have been abused, but they don't carve up their face and sleep with little children. Seperate the the Michael Jackson you think you know from the sobering reality. You don't pay someone millions of dollars in hush money if you haven't done anything. Maybe he was innocent of the second charge of child molestation, but I have a hard time getting past the first charge in light of the payoff. The man was one of the greatest entertainers and dancers I have ever seen, but his personal life was a train wreck of his own making. Celebrate the performer, but don't use revisionist history to justify the sins of the man.

The reality is that on the first charge, the alleged victim said that he could substantiate his claims by giving an accurate description of Michael Jackson's genitals; he didn't. He claimed Michael Jackson was circumcised; he wasn't. Anyone who knows the difference will tell you that there is no way you can mistake a circumcised penis for an uncircumcised one, so that is very suspect. In addition, the alleged victim's father used sodium amytal on the victim before the victim started 'admitting' to the molestation. According to experts, sodium amytal is no truth serum -- on the contrary, it makes the patient highly vulnerable to suggestion, and even cements any false memories that may have been 'implanted' under its effects. It may very well be that the victim was 'recalling' false memories planted in his mind by his own father -- who, by the way, was sued by his son in 2005 for allegedly hitting him over the head with a 12-pound weight and trying to choke him.

If I were a huge celebrity whose career depended on my popularity and had enough money to make a problem go away (especially since the stakes are so high -- the trial by publicity, the possibility of going to jail, the agony and stress of simply being wrongly accused and judged in public, the possibility of an end to my career...), I would pay. Conversely, if I were a parent who knew that this person molested my child, I would not settle. I would spend my entire life seeing to it that the man who abused my child would be found guilty of his crime and rot in jail.

You would pay if you had the money and wanted the humiliation to go away. But as a parent, if your child was truly violated, you would not accept the money. People understand MJ. They just don't want to and want a reason to justify their dislike for him. With all the Phds and Doctrines people possess, you mean they can't get into his psychic and see this was a man child. A man that was not given a normal development of childhood during his childhood, which caused it to be brought out as an adult. That is not so hard to understand. He was recapturing a youth he was never allowed to have by his family. That does not make one a child molsester. It would be understood if it was, let's say, Donny Osmond. But oh nooooo, not Michael Jackson, he has to be this perverted child molester. A child molester does not admit sleeping in beds with boys, but an innocent child man as Michael would and he also said he would sleep on the floor. The media doesn't mention that though. A child molester doesn't sing and write about love, healing the world, etc. But oh, I supposed he did that as a cover up. Bottom line, he is gone now, rip MJ. They will continue to lie and slander your name, but the good thing is as many that hate and lie on you, there are a whole lot meore that love you and see the good in you and they can say you weren't the greatest, but your record speaks for itself. Enough said.

I hope Quincy didn't say all that because that would be the pot calling the kettle black. What race has Quincy been married to? have you seen his kids they are as white as Michael kids.
