Michael Jackson was a "homosexual with a taste for young men", it has been alleged.
The late singer's unofficial biographer Ian Halperin claims he has spoken to two men Michael - who died of a suspected cardiac arrest last Thursday (25.06.09) - had relationships with.
Ian added although Michael - who was accused of sexual abuse by 13-year-old Jordan Chandler in 1993 and by 13-year-old Gavin Arvizo in 2003 - was attracted to guys who were younger than him, he was never interested in children.
Ian told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "It is clear to me that Michael was homosexual and that his taste was for young men, albeit not as young as Jordan Chandler or Gavin Arvizo.
"In the course of my investigations, I spoke to two of his gay lovers, one a Hollywood waiter, the other an aspiring actor. The waiter had remained friends, perhaps more, with the singer until his death last week. He had served Jackson at a restaurant, Jackson made his interest plain and the two slept together the following night. According to the waiter, Jackson fell in love."
Ian adds the waiter showed him evidence of his alleged affair with Michael, including photos of the pair together.
The writer explained: "Other witnesses speak of strings of young men visiting his house at all hours, even in the period of his decline. Some stayed overnight.
"When Jackson lived in Las Vegas, one of his closest aides told how he would sneak off to a 'grungy, rat-infested' motel - often dressed as a woman to disguise his identity - to meet a male construction worker he had fallen in love with."
Ian - who has written a book about Michael titled 'The Final Years Of Michael Jackson', and claimed the singer had just six months to live last December - has also spoken about Michael's deteriorating health. He claims the 50-year-old King of Pop suffered from skin blemishes and discoloured nails.
He explained: "I had established beyond doubt, for example, that Jackson relied on an extensive collection of wigs."
The writer also suggests Michael was suffering from a genetic condition called Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency which affected his lungs.
The condition means the lungs do not have enough protein to protect them, and Michael is said to have received injections of Alpha-1 antitrypsin produced from human plasma to help him.
Ian quotes a source as saying: "Yeah, that's what he's got. He's in bad shape. They're worried that he might need a lung transplant but he may be too weak. Some days he can hardly see and he's having a lot of trouble walking."

I agree that this can't be collaborated like a lot of stories that will be circulating big-time. He was a great master of music, videos and dance, and that's all that I care about. All these stories will never take away from that fact....period!
i think the first amendment was meant to protect the truth.
I don't care if Michael Jackson was gay, straight, or bisexual. This article is completely irrelevent because Michael was just an amazing, caring, compassionate human being. A very tragic figure in that I think he was unhappy most of his life, but he never ceased to inspire the masses with his dancing and musical talent, not to mention his overwhelming generosity.
The dude was a freak. If any other person with no talent did what this guy did they would be shunned from the public. Michael was a flat out weirdo. I was a big fan as a kid and my thriller album was my favorite Bday present. Now, i could care less about this scum.

Well, I for one love michael Jackson. I don't believe that michael was a child molester/pedophile.He was just getting back his lost child hood, that he never got to have. He was in the mind set of a child and felt more comfortable around people that had a lesser education than him. He just wanted to have fun. He was and still is the worlds best and most talleted preformer that the world has ever seen and will ever see. He is such a great dancer and you can see the joy in his eyes when he steps on stage and becomes so confident, you would never think he was shy. He never wanted to offend anyone, through his music or his actions. He is a musical genius that has been talented from a young age. This is rare to find in people of such a high status, which is why his death is such a great tragity. Which is also why it is such a shame that people are claiming out saying that he was 'gay' ect... Even though this could just be a rumour, it is spreading and will get back to his family, making their loss even harder to accept because his legacy is being tainted by 'Tabliod Garbage' think abut how parisfeels, losing her father but remembering him as a great man, a loving father & a friend; then beng told that he was gay, had affairs, was a crossdresser and a pedophile. Everyone should just rememer him as the great man to which he was and still is. He Was Taken too soon, but god must have needed him nore than his fan's and family did. He knows that he will always have his fan's love and the love of his family no-matter what rumours are going around, because true michael jackson fan's will not listen to them or spread false info about him. But it is pretty sad because he isn't wth us anymore to tell us what is thetruth and what is a lie, its just best if no-one believes he rumours or promote them. He was and still is a legend.
He Has a smile that lights up the world and shows his feelings. Its unbelievable that one smile from one man can be seen shining on the other side of the world. His smile showed innoscence,compassion, tallent, greatness & aspiration. His music will one day be the inspiration for change,and we will have him to thank for enlightening the world, influencing change, stoping racial descrimination ect... He saw a need in the world and did something about it, which is why he is so great.
Micheal Jackson was a great musician. Whether he is gay or not, there is no proof either way. One thing there is proof of his ability to perform at the highest level I've ever witness in my life; that is what I will remember about micheal, not all the rumors. And, besides let the one without sin cast the first throne. None of us are perfect, we are got something to hide whether we admit it or not. I am still not saying he is hiding anything, just making a point.

He was talented AND he was a freaky alien-faced bone smoker. As funky as his music was, it was not a funky as his face. What was up with that blow-hole of a nose? Maybe they should paint him green and bury him at Roswell. I heard he had planned to end his new shows kind of like 'Secrest-out,' except for MJ it was going to be 'Freak-out!' I showed his obituary to my kids so they would know the boogie-man was dead. They have slept better all week.
Michael may have been different or even strange, but he did care about people, and especially children. He gave 300 million to charities and that is just what was accounted for. He was extravagant yet simple minded. He worked hard to establish his position in the music world and unlike many who judge his faults he's still a lot better than many. At least he didn't end up like some loser security guard who's fat with missing teeth like some ugly dude I saw in Mesa.
At the end of the night, would it matter if MJ was gay or not??? For me, as a true fan, that remembers o much of his change throughout the world; I could care less his choices in life.. I loved his music and his entertainment...'Freak' as most call him, never would i say such words..Because of his choices and changes in his life, he opened new doors for us as individuals...Letting the world know it's okay to be who and what you want... His talent lead so many young people to lands of strengths...Giving people the courage to speak out as they wish...Expressing their character at hand...He helped people to stop hiding what they love... As far as what MJ was acused of, it's media..At that time, he had plenty of money and people that did not have much wanted... Now adays, people will do and hold nothing to take money from others...With no shame in their game....
Those that truly followed MJ's life, knew that he had no childhood...He was just seeking one..Trying to find what he never had...So he slept in the same bed!!!! How many parents out there, had children over spending the night w/your child...Kid has a nightmare and you can't reach the parent..You need to comfort the child as he/she cries w/out stopping...People act like it's not normal....Just cuz you seek comfort does not mean he did anythign w/these children....Lord if it was you...the public would not care...There was no money to squeeze from you...others would pass you by and trust on your word...The media is know for taking words and situations far beyond the truth..When will people see that the media is out to detroy people of fame....They do such only because they wish they had the statice of these people..They wished people looked up to them as fans do to these people of fame...Since they can not seek that, they destroy...Very few journalist are about the truth..The real truth....

Honestly, if Michael was gay (and of course, if he was, I would be just as big a fan), people would know about it.. it would be common knowledge. If we know how Michael sleeps and how many pills he took before he had breakfast in the morning, how would we JUST find out now he slept with men?

(I do agree however that Michael might have been 'effeminate' in some ways, as younger sons who have older brothers often are effeminate, or end up being gay - according to a survey that I read about once).

I only wish and hope so much, that these honest feelings, and they are coming from the bottom of our hearts, will make him happy, and so he can have the peace, he has so diserved. He still remains one of the most amacing and wonderful human being, world ever had.I am thankfull that MJ could share our lifes, with his beautiful voice, his music, his smile, his dancing, and most of all, his human way to help others, even he was a genoius in Music and Entertainment. MJ , you'll always stay in our hearts. Thank you for all you have given to all of us, and specially to me. And I am very glad, that he could mary Lisa Marie Presley. I still can't wrap my arms around the reality that Michael Jackson, that beautiful man-child, with the magic dust he carried in his pocket on stage for every performance, is actually GONE. I cry when I hear 'Gone Too Soon' playing behind a montage of still photos of Michael's life over the years. He was truly the consummate entertainer who gave 200% of his artistic being to his fans. The real Michael was quiet and shy who felt uncomfortable with the attention. And despite the many physical changes in his appearance, those large and expressive brown eyes are the mirror to his soul, and hold the story he would have wanted the world to know, if only those closest to him cared enough to see. It is only now, through the many music videos, articles and interviews that I can fully appreciate the sadness of this tragic person. All Michael had to do was flash that incredibly electric smile of his, and my heart melted, making me wish I could have scooped him up in my arms and protect him from harm. PROTECTION...that is what he needed most during his troubled final years, and the more I learn about him, the sadder I feel. His talent remains eternal in recordings and film. But at the age of 50, Michael should have had better business managers so that one day he could bask in his glory days and retire with dignity. But he was pushed over the edge, and I am saddened over the loss of a precious LIFE that didn't have to end this way. Thank God he departed peacefully. The heavens are rejoicing as they welcome a legend with the voice of an Angel...RIP

Everyone will be streaming out of the woodwork to tell their tales now - whether they are true or not, and the person who can verify anything is gone.
