Katy Perry's bath time binge

Katy Perry is recovering from the flu by bathing naked with a pizza.

The 'I Kissed A Girl' singer has posted a provocative photo of herself lying nude in a bathroom, with a tray of half-eaten pizza protecting her modesty, on her Twitter account.

The 24-year-old star was halfway through her world tour when she fell ill in Milan, Italy.

After being unable to eat for three days, Katy wrote about her "sexual attraction" to foods including crispy beef, curry and pizza.

She said: "Why is it that after not eating for three days all i can think of is food... food is smiling at me... luring me with sexual seduction (sic)."

Questioned by her fans she then revealed: "Few of my fave things. BBQ chicken chop at CPK Chinese, chicken salad at Chinchins, Rock shrimp + yellow tail sashimi at Nobu, Crispy beef at Mr.Chow's, endive salad at Le Petite, four curry chicken salad at Urth Cafe, my beloved double double at INnOut.

"Don't hate on Jack's Spicy Chicken sandwich! ...I almost forgot... that damn crunch wrap supreme at Taco Bell. Okay that's all for now (sic)."

Super-skinny Katy admitted can't indulge in the delicious delicacies often because she doesn't want to put on weight.

She then posted a digitally-enhanced image of herself as a fat women, labelling it "future me".

However, the star was disappointed when fans reacted positively to her "fat" picture.

She wrote: "More people are saying 'I'd still hit it' to the future me than the me now. Super size it!"
