New England Patriot Quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bündchen are expecting and "ecstatic," according to People magazine.

The estimated due date is early next year.
Both Gisele and Tom come from traditional Catholic families, and both have talked in past interviews about their desire to have a large family, with siblings to join Brady's son John; his mother is actress Bridget Moynahan.
Bündchen and Brady recently had a kayak incident on Boston's Charles river. The two newlyweds were at the Community Boating Inc. on Beacon Hill, according to the Boston Herald, when Brady tipped over in his rented kayak and had to be rescued.
The Herald reports both Tom and Giselle were fished out of the Charles: "Tom and Gi rented a pair of kayaks from the sailing club behind the Hatch Shell and the Community Boating bunch got them loaded in and on their way. At some point, however, Tom tipped over and couldn’t get back in the boat!"
Bündchen, who turns 29 next month, has not made an official statement regarding the pregnancy, but has gone on record with People about her desire to be a mother: "I think family is the base to everything. I think that is one of the things I’m most grateful for. I have a lot to be grateful for but I think that's definitely number one.”
