Robbie Williams settles all the arguments in Take That.
The 'Angels' singer - who quit the group in 1995 to pursue a solo career - is now the mediator in the band when there are disagreements between Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald.
Mark revealed: "Sometimes in a band you have to compromise. I might have an idea about something and Jason might have another idea. There are four of us, so when we have two on each side, we'll phone Robbie and say, 'What do you think?' "
Take That reunited in 2006 - without Robbie - after their split in 1996 and Mark says his initial stint as a pop star was a great learning curve.
He explained: "I always say that being in Take That was like going to university. I learned about music, bought my first keyboard and wrote my first song. A lot of it was hard work. Trying to learn all those routines - that was hard, but not as hard as having to get up every day and do a proper job."
