Alabama boy Channing Tatum's packing a knife

Channing Tatum always carries a knife.
The Alabama-born actor cannot get out of the habit of taking a deadly weapon everywhere with him because of his upbringing.
He said: "I do always carry one, weirdly. I think it's the redneck in me."
While he is always prepared to protect himself, Channing admits the most "terrifying" thing to happen to him was landing the lead role in forthcoming action movie 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra'.
He told Total Film magazine: "I was terrified. I wasn't sure if I was ready for a big movie like that.
"But it was fun - at times. Sometimes it didn't have enough gun in it, enough soul in it. But other times, it was a blast."
Channing recently admitted he would rely on his fiancee Jenna Dewan to defend him in a fight.
He said: "If I got hit in the face I'd probably cry of run or look to my girlfriend like, 'Take care of this.' "
