Chris Brown is facing allegations made by a man who claims Brown's bodyguard assaulted him.
Brown recently was brought to court facing allegations of abuse against his girlfriend Rihanna, who was photographed by the Los Angeles Police Department after a beating on the night of the Grammys.
People claims that Robert Rosen is suing Brown, 20, for personal injury. He is also suing the fitness club for negligence where the incident allegedly occurred,
Rosen claims that he was assaulted after he took a snapshot of Brown at LA Fitness Club on March 13, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Rosen contends that he was "chased" and "yelled at" by the bodyguard, and someone from the L.A. Fitness Club allegedly "tried to block [Rosen's] exit and grabbed his clothing and body." It was when he allegedly "broke free" that he fell down a flight of stairs.
According to Rosen, the bodyguard "picked [Rosen] up by his shorts, and physically assaulted him."
The lawsuit states Rosen was "severely injured and disabled, both internally and externally," claims he was falsely imprisoned, and is seeking damages covering his medical bills and emotional distress.
