Ortega / PR PhotosThe 'Ghosts of Girlfriends Past' actor is keen for his 10-month-old son Levi to take up the water sport as soon as possible.A source said: "Matthew is already grooming Levi for surfing. "He figures if he keeps it up, Levi will be ready to ride the waves in a couple of years and eventually earn a living off it."Matthew is so determined to ensure Levi is comfortable riding the waves he has had a customised surfboard designed for him.The source added to the National Enquirer magazine: "He has even had a little surfboard made for the boy and regularly holds him on top of it while playing ocean sounds in the background."Matthew's partner, Brazilian model Camila Alves, recently revealed the 39-year-old actor wants their son to follow in his ocean-loving footsteps as soon as possible.She said: "Levi is going to have his first surf lesson when he can start walking!"
