Peter Andre so over Jordan, no divorce settlement needed

Peter Andre has said he doesn't want a penny in his divorce from Katie Price.

The 'Insania' singer has told friends he isn't interested in his glamour model wife's fortune - estimated at £30 million - following the breakdown of their three and a half year marriage.

He is believed to have told a friend: "I wouldn't get a penny if we broke up because I signed a pre nuptial - and it was my idea to do it. I insisted on it."

Peter, 36, has been ignoring Katie's desperate text messages since she fled the country on Monday (11.05.09), hours after their split was announced.

Katie, 30, is said to be heartbroken and is begging Peter for another chance. She has also reportedly promised to reignite their sex life after imposing a sex ban on Peter for a reported four months.

She has reportedly begged him: "If you let me come back I'll be like a wild animal in bed again."

Katie is presently staying with the couple's two children - Junior, three, and 23-month old Princess Tiaamii - at a luxury resort in the Maldives.

She has hired the same exclusive £2,800-a-night villa she and Peter enjoyed on their honeymoon in 2005.

Katie's son from a previous relationship, six-year-old Harvey, remains at home in the UK in the care of a nanny.

A source close to Katie - also known as Jordan - told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Katie has been honest with Pete now. She knows she was in the wrong and she's begging him to return.

"She's told him that she feels she's been punished enough and pleaded with him to give her one more chance."

But Peter is refusing to speak to her and is being comforted by his family at the pair's home in Cyprus.

A source close to the star told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "I'm sure he still loves her and is just acting now out of desperation that things went a bit dysfunctional. If he could have things back on track I'm sure he would.

"But he won't take her for her money or cheat on her, he's just not that type of guy."

Katie revealed she was missing her eldest son yesterday (14.05.09) on her Twitter blog.

She wrote: "Missing Harvey so much wish he was here but had 2 stay at home for his routine an health an did not want to disrupt that (sic)."
