Ryan O'Neal has been accused of harassing a young woman for phone sex.
Dania Marin, 20, has taken out a restraining order against the actor - who is currently at the bedside of his terminally ill long-term partner Farrah Fawcett - banning him from coming within 50 yards of her.
Marin - who says Ryan, 68, is a family friend - filed for the temporary order at Los Angeles superior court on Saturday (08.05.09).
According to site Radaronline.com, she alleges Ryan called her on May 6 asking inappropriate questions.
According to court documents, she said: "He asked me if I wanted to masturbate with him and offered me a car back if I would engage with him."
When contacted by the site Marin said: "He freaked me out. I filed the restraining order because I was afraid that he knew where I lived or would come to my house. He's old enough to be my grandfather."
Last week, Ryan revealed Farrah is no longer receiving treatment for her cancer since it became terminal.
