The teen famous for impregnating a 16 year-old Jamie Lynn Spears, Casey Aldridge, is facing misdemeanor criminal charges in Louisiana following an auto accident on Saturday night. © Albert L. Ortega / PR PhotosTMZ.com reported that Casey, 19, was driving around 1:30am last night in Louisiana's Tensas Parish on the 606 when he lost control of his Ford F-150 truck.Since his paternity was disclosed, he has been tagged relentlessly in the media by allegations of cheating on Jamie Lynn, and has yet to wed the teenage sister of Britney Spears.A family source told People Magazine that Aldridge has "a cracked skull" and has been "in and out" of consciousness since he was admitted to the hospital. Casey was described in a 2007 report by People as "an average student – 'He had the capability to do much better academically,' says a teacher – Aldridge briefly considered community college before taking a job as a pipe fitter in Baton Rouge."
