Ortega / PR PhotosThe former 'Friends' star spends so much time playing violent games he had to go to hospital to have steroid injections in his hand - a common treatment for tendonitis, which is when tendons become inflamed and painful.The 39-year-old actor said: "I play a lot of video games. I play a lot of Xbox 360. I played 'Fallout 3' so often I had to go get injections in my hand!"Matthew is currently single and says any potential girlfriends would have to share his gaming obsession.He said: "She would have to be a video game player, for sure."In one episode of 'Friends' Matthew's character Chandler Bing damaged his hand playing arcade game 'Ms. Pac-Man' while attempting to get the highest score.Matthew can currently be seen starring with 'High School Musical' heartthrob Zac Efron in new age swap comedy '17 Again'.
