All kinds of stuff just to get me pumped. I love it."The 29-year-old star - who became involved with drugs at a young age but cleaned up her lifestyle when she decided to pursue a music career aged 16 - has previously admitted she loves working out, claiming regular trips to the gym help her keep focused.She explained: "I'm the same as anybody else. I have days when I don't think I look so great, especially when I have all eyes on me."There are more important things in life and I've learnt to be happy with my shape. For me working out is the best anti-depressant in the world."
