EPA/GERO BRELOERAnyone can sign up to follow someone, and the 'tweets' or text messages posted are captured for eternity, causing some people great distress when they find out later that negative comments are captured and easily recalled.Now Demi Moore allegedly has used her Twitter tweets to help stop a mentally unstable woman's suicide attempt.It was also her Twitter fan followers Friday who alerted the authorities when the ill woman made threats on the celebrity's page."Getting a knife, a big one that is sharp. Going to cut my arm down the whole arm so it doesn't waste time," said the message sent to Moore by a user of the social networking site."Hope you are joking," wrote back Moore."Gbye...gonna kill myself now," the sick woman responded.The New York Daily News claims that San Jose police received a number of calls from Twitterers about the suicide threat and sent officers to the 48-year-old woman's home. How her address was found was not revealed.Moore's husband, Ashton Kutcher, also used Twitter as a forum to congratulate his wife's Twitterers."Wifey reported a suicide attempt based on a...tweet she got and saved someones life. The woman is in the hospital now."
