There's a lot to be wary about with Twitter. 02/09/2009 - Madonna doppelganger Courtney Love - The Associated Press reports Austin, Texas-based designer Dawn Simorangkir has slapped a libel and breach of contract lawsuit against Courtney Love on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court.UK © Solarpix / PR PhotosThe fashion designer is fighting back in court, claiming Twitter and MySpace were the forums Kurt Cobain's widow elected to use to besmirch her reputation.The Associated Press reports Austin, Texas-based designer Dawn Simorangkir has slapped a libel and breach of contract lawsuit against Courtney Love on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court.The fashion designer claims Love used several "menacing and disturbing" statements posted on the social networking websites.Simorangkir, aka the Boudoir Queen, says Love stiffed her too. The AP reports that remarks from Love's Twitter and MySpace pages, and in the feedback section of Etsy.com, stated that Simorangkir was a "nasty lying hosebag thief" and accused her of being a drug addict and a prostitute.
