Prodigy star Keith Flint "doesn't give a f**k" about getting to number one.
Keith Flint singer with the English band The Prodigy Keith said: "For me, I don't give a f**k. I don't give a s**t. For me the moment, was going on stage in Australia at the Big Day Out festival this year and seeing the old tunes working so well with the new ones, and the people being there for that new sound. Prodigy scored their first UK number one album since 2004 with 'Invaders Must Die' this month - but the group's vocalist is more interested in the reaction to their live show.
Keith said: "For me, I don't give a f**k. I don't give a s**t. For me the moment, was going on stage in Australia at the Big Day Out festival this year and seeing the old tunes working so well with the new ones, and the people being there for that new sound.
"They get it. That's my reward. That's fulfilling for me, whereas a fact or a figure isn't tangible, you know?"
Keith, 39, also says he's been getting his personality back after being free of drugs, alcohol and cigarettes for the last year and two months.
He added: "I used to smoke a lot of weed. That stuff leaves you completely personality-free after a while. And no tracks ever got finished."
'Invaders Must Die' is available now.
