Actor Tom Sizemore was allegedly caught on tape stealing cell phones.

TMZ.com claims the LAPD confirms Tom is being investigated for grand theft after he allegedly stole multiple cell phones, a pen and a highlighter from a Verizon Wireless store in Los Angeles last week.
Reportedly, Sizemore was caught in the act as Verizon's security cameras allegedly taped Tom, along with another man, stealing some phones, a pen and a highlighter.
Sizemore recently completed his jail sentence in January from a prior drug bust parole violation.
Sizemore has a long infamous history of drug and domestic abuse. Back in 2003 he was accused of assault and battery against his girlfriend, Heidi Fleiss.
Over the years drugs seemingly got the better of Sizemore, a critically acclaimed actor who appeared in "Saving Private Ryan."
Back in May 8, 2007, while on probation for a previous drug conviction, Sizemore was arrested with methamphetamine outside the Four Points Sheraton hotel in Bakersfield, California.
