Anne and James are ecstatic."Anne - who began dating James in 2007 after meeting on the set of US TV show 'Men In Trees' - already has a seven-year-old son, Homer, with her ex-husband Coley Laffoon.A source added: "Homer is very excited to be a big brother."Anne's divorce from Coley - who she was married to for five years - was finalised earlier this week, following nine months spent agreeing on custody of Homer and the split of their assets.According to court documents, Anne must give Coley a $515,000 lump sum payment.The couple will share custody of Homer, with Anne paying Coley $3,500 a month in child support.Anne, 39, filed for divorce in 2007 citing irreconcilable differences.
