The pretty daughter of Senator John McCain is in the media spotlight.

Meghan McCain says she doesn’t blame her dad for ruining her love life.
Meghan, the 24-year-old daughter of John and Cindy McCain, blogged that her father’s presidential campaign was ruining her love life but she explains to “Extra’s” Mario Lopez, “It was kind of a joke…[But] I think guys get nervous maybe. Unfortuntely there are guys that want to say they’re dating John McCain’s daughter.”
If there was a movie made about her family, McCain knows who she’d cast. She says, “I think if there were an actor to play my father, it would probably be Robert Duvall because my dad’s a big fan of his and I think [for] my mom someone like Sharon Stone. And with me, people tell me I look like Hilary Duff sometimes and I think she’s a good actress.
McCain also admits that she’s a fan of the Obama family saying, “I think they’re doing a good job so far…I really like Michelle Obama. How she’s like a style icon. She’s got cool, ripped arms…It’s only been 50 days but I support the president. He’s our president. I think we need to get behind him and try and support our country….I think he’s going to do a good job.”
Now a contributor for TheDailyBeast.com, McCain wants to clear up the misconceptions people have about her parents. “I think especially for my mom, I get frustrated with labels of her being, you know, a stepford wife or blonde or dumb…With my dad…He was criticized for being not tech savvy and now he has the most followers on Twitter of anyone in Congress…He has like 160,000 followers…It’s officially more than P. Diddy!” McCain declares.
When an “Extra” fan asks if she’d ever participate in Dancing with the Stars, McCain responds, “I do watch the show and I thought Melissa from The Bachelor did really well…But I don’t think I’d ever go on the show if they asked me. I’m a terrible dancer and I think I’d be the first person voted off.”
In addition to the dance floor, don’t expect to see McCain in the White House either! “Everyone always asks me if I want to run for office, but I don’t have it in me. I could never.”
