Rumours the 'Wedding Crashers' star will shortly wed the 29-year-old estate agent have been confirmed by her father Ken Weber.
He also revealed his daughter has moved from her home in Calgary, Canada, to Los Angeles to be closer to her fiance.
Ken said: "I am thrilled for them."
The 38-year-old actor - who previously dated 'Marley and Me' star Jennifer Aniston - popped the question to his girlfriend of nine months on Valentine's Day (14.02.09).
It has been reported he dropped to one knee and presented the beauty with a $125,000 four-carat ring.
The couple's romance began after they were introduced to one another by a mutual movie producer friend while on holiday.
A friend of the actor's recently said: "Vince is ready to get married and has been for a while. He wants to start a family."
Since his high-profile relationship to 40-year-old actress Jennifer, Vince has remained tight-lipped about his romance with Kyla.
Last year, he said: "I don't talk much about private matters, but I am in a very happy, serious, committed relationship."
